Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, riced cauliflower, butter, cinnamon, salt, milk, and water in a bowl.
- Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute to prevent boiling over.
- Stir in the brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
- For stovetop, combine riced cauliflower, butter, cinnamon, salt, milk, and water in a pot, bring to a boil.
- Add rolled oats, reduce heat, simmer for 3 minutes, then let rest for a few minutes.
- Top with brown sugar and pecans before serving.
