Ingredients

The oats mixture

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower
  • ½ Tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water

The toppings

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, riced cauliflower, butter, cinnamon, salt, milk, and water in a bowl.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute to prevent boiling over.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
  4. For stovetop, combine riced cauliflower, butter, cinnamon, salt, milk, and water in a pot, bring to a boil.
  5. Add rolled oats, reduce heat, simmer for 3 minutes, then let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Top with brown sugar and pecans before serving.
