Creamy Cauliflower Oatmeal

Ingredients

The base

  • cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup egg whites

Flavorings and toppings

  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste berries

Instructions

  1. Cook oats and water in a saucepan for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add frozen cauliflower rice and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Slowly stir in egg whites and cook for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, stir in protein powder and cinnamon, and add toppings.
