Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

The Chicken

Instructions
- Prepare the filling by sautéing onion and garlic in melted butter until soft, then add Creole seasoning.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and optional seasonings, then cut a pocket into each breast.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks if desired.
- Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat, then pan-sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 18-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160-165℉ (72-74℃).
- Let the chicken rest before serving, then remove toothpicks and serve with pan juices.
