Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting into the thickest part horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Open the chicken breast like a book and flatten it for even thickness.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the chicken breasts and season with spices.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Cut each breast in half and serve.
