Instructions
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and season the outside with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, feta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes to create the filling.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and brown the chicken on all sides until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
