Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, flax seed meal, seeds, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Mix in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until they triple in volume, then fold them into the batter and let it thicken.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, round the top, and optionally sprinkle more seeds on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, then tent with foil and continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before removing it.
