Instructions
- Combine steel cut oats, milk, water, shredded apples, cinnamon, and salt in the Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and set the valve to seal.
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 6 minutes, allowing about 10 minutes for pressure to build.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 to 20 minutes before venting any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve with your choice of toppings such as chopped apples, toasted pecans, maple syrup, or additional cinnamon.
