Instructions
- Grease the inner pot of a 6-quart Instant Pot and add the water and milk.
- Whisk in the oats, apple, carrot, walnuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt.
- Lock the Instant Pot lid and set the vent to closed.
- Select MANUAL mode and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then allow a natural release for 12-15 minutes.
- Stir in any optional mix-ins after cooking.
- Serve warm or store in mason jars for meal prep.
