Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch salt
  • tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, almond milk, salt, and maple syrup into the Instant Pot and mix well.
  2. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
  3. Allow the Instant Pot to build pressure for about 10 minutes before it starts the countdown.
  4. When the timer goes off, quick release the steam from the Instant Pot.
  5. Stir the oatmeal and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken if desired.
