Instructions
- Add the oatmeal and liquid to the Instant Pot along with the cinnamon stick and kosher salt.
- Select the manual setting and set the cooking time for 3 minutes on high.
- After cooking, allow the pot to naturally release the steam for 20 minutes.
- Release any remaining steam and carefully open the lid.
- Add toppings of your choice and additional almond milk to taste.
- Refrigerate any leftovers for 3-5 days.
