Instructions
- Pour oats and water into the Instant Pot, adding a pinch of salt if desired.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Cook at high pressure for zero minutes, then let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Once the display shows L0:10, release any remaining pressure by moving the steam release valve to Venting.
- When the floating valve drops, remove the lid and serve the oatmeal warm with toppings.
