Easy Paprika Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs (skinless)
  • 1–2 Tablespoons light olive oil

The seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika or sweet hot paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons honey or raw sugar (optional)

For garnish

  • to taste sliced lemons
  • to taste fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl or ziplock bag, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients together.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture generously over the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes if possible.
  5. Place the marinated chicken on the prepared pan and bake for 18 to 23 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.
  6. Serve immediately and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
