Easy Paprika Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl or ziplock bag, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients together.
- Rub the seasoning mixture generously over the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes if possible.
- Place the marinated chicken on the prepared pan and bake for 18 to 23 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.
- Serve immediately and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
