Instructions

- Flip the chicken to skin side up, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the remaining spices.
- Roast in the oven for about 50 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden, and the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
