Instructions
- Wash and dry the chicken legs, then rub them with salt, white pepper, and bouillon powder.
- In a small pan over medium-low heat, combine canola oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then let sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the garlic paprika spice mix and sprinkle with onion powder.
- Line a baking pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake the chicken legs for about 40-45 minutes until cooked through and the skin is crispy, rotating halfway if desired.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
