Individual Chocolate Hazelnut Pies

The filling

chocolate hazelnut spread
For topping

Instructions
- Make the chocolate hazelnut spread and let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine all crust ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Divide the crust dough into six 4 x .75 tart/quiche pans and press evenly across the bottom.
- Place the pans on a cookie sheet and bake the crust for about 12 minutes.
- Once the crust is completely cool, pour the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly into each crust.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top of the filling.
- Store the pies in the fridge until ready to serve, allowing them to come to room temperature before serving.
