Instructions
- Remove any gravy packet from the turkey breast if applicable.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil and season with poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth, garlic, and Better Than Bouillon to the Instant Pot.
- Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot, then add the turkey and onion.
- Seal the pot and cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes.
- Allow the steam to release naturally for 15 minutes and check the turkey's internal temperature.
- Remove the turkey and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
- For the gravy, leave the drippings in the pot, turn on the sauté function, add butter and flour, and whisk until thick.
