Instant Pot Turkey Breast

arrowroot starch

Instructions
- Prepare the turkey breast by removing any netting and rubbing it with olive oil, salt, and poultry seasoning.
- Pour water into the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
- Set the seasoned turkey breast on top of the trivet.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to 'Sealing.' Cook at high pressure for 40 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Check the internal temperature; it should be at least 160ºF. If not, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- For a golden skin, broil the turkey in the oven for up to 5 minutes, watching closely.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
- For gravy, strain the drippings, return them to the pot, and thicken with a slurry made from arrowroot and cold water.
