Instant Pot Bone-In Turkey Breast

For the gravy

Instructions
- Pat the turkey dry and let it sit at room temperature for about an hour.
- Mix the oil, syrup, salt, paprika, black pepper, and lemon zest, then brush this mixture over the turkey.
- Stuff the turkey cavity with the onion and lemons.
- Add the broth to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside. Put the turkey on top and lock the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 30 minutes, then do a quick release.
- Preheat the oven to broil and broil the turkey skin for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the turkey to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- While the turkey rests, mix the water and cornstarch in a bowl, then whisk it into the broth in the Instant Pot set to sauté.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper to the broth and cook until the gravy thickens for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Slice the turkey and serve with the gravy.
