For the gravy
Instructions
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the wire rack/trivet inside.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and spices, then place it in the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
- Pressure cook the turkey breast for 25-40 minutes depending on size.
- Allow natural release for 15 minutes, then manually release remaining steam.
- Check the turkey's internal temperature to ensure it's fully cooked.
- Remove the turkey and place whole potatoes in the pot.
- Pressure cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
- Optionally, broil the turkey for a few minutes to brown the skin.
- Make the gravy by sautéing drippings and adding a butter-flour mixture until thickened.
- Serve the turkey with potatoes and gravy.
