Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup Water

The turkey

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons Rubbed Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 2-6 lb Turkey Breast
  • 3-4 Large Potatoes

Optional add-ins

  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

For the gravy

  • cup Butter
  • cup Flour

Instructions

  1. Add water to the Instant Pot and place the wire rack/trivet inside.
  2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and spices, then place it in the pot.
  3. Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
  4. Pressure cook the turkey breast for 25-40 minutes depending on size.
  5. Allow natural release for 15 minutes, then manually release remaining steam.
  6. Check the turkey's internal temperature to ensure it's fully cooked.
  7. Remove the turkey and place whole potatoes in the pot.
  8. Pressure cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
  9. Optionally, broil the turkey for a few minutes to brown the skin.
  10. Make the gravy by sautéing drippings and adding a butter-flour mixture until thickened.
  11. Serve the turkey with potatoes and gravy.
