Orange Shortbread Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy, then mix in the orange zest, orange juice, and optional orange oil.
- Add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Shape the dough into a disk and chill for 15 to 30 minutes if sticky.
- Roll the dough to about ¼-inch thick and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place the cut-outs on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 14 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and almond milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cookies and decorate.
