Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a small metal loaf pan.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, stevia glycerite, and vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix briefly.
- Incorporate the melted butter and chocolate into the mixture and mix until combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool for about 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
