Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease an 8-inch cake tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave or saucepan until combined.
- Stir in the allulose, vanilla extract, and espresso powder if using.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently until smooth, then incorporate the cocoa powder until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 25 minutes until a crust forms on top.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the tin before removing, frosting, and serving.
