Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a heatproof bowl until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine coconut sugar, eggs, and cacao powder, stirring until smooth, then add the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until the center is firm.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before serving.
