Ingredients

The nuts and seeds

  • 4 cups nuts and seeds
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

The spice mixture

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

The binding ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Soak the nuts and seeds for about 5 hours and rinse them well.
  2. Combine the spices in a small dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the liquified coconut oil and honey or agave.
  4. Add the soaked nuts to the bowl and pour the spice mixture over them, stirring to combine.
  5. Dehydrate the mixture for 12 to 24 hours until the nuts are dry.
  6. Layer the granola with fresh fruit and vanilla pudding, or enjoy it by itself.
