Instructions
- Soak the nuts and seeds for about 5 hours and rinse them well.
- Combine the spices in a small dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the liquified coconut oil and honey or agave.
- Add the soaked nuts to the bowl and pour the spice mixture over them, stirring to combine.
- Dehydrate the mixture for 12 to 24 hours until the nuts are dry.
- Layer the granola with fresh fruit and vanilla pudding, or enjoy it by itself.
