Vanilla Almond Strawberry Granola

The seasoning

Instructions
- Soak walnuts and slivered almonds for about 8 hours, then rinse and strain.
- In a bowl, combine soaked nuts with shredded coconut, almond meal flour, applesauce, vanilla stevia, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix chia seed meal, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Combine both bowls and mix well.
- Dehydrate the mixture at about 115 degrees overnight or until dry and crunchy.
- Serve with cashew milk.
