Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup natural almond butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and chia seeds.
  3. 3. Stir in cinnamon and salt.
  4. 4. Add maple syrup and almond butter, mixing until fully combined.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten into an even layer.
  6. 6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the coconut turns golden brown.
