Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, then microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.
- Spread the granola evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 24 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until slightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet without stirring.
