Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola

The wet ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oats, sliced almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
