Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, salt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then press the mixture onto the lined baking sheet to form a flat layer.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
