Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, salt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then press the mixture onto the lined baking sheet to form a flat layer.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
