Honey Almond Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss together the oats, almonds, and ground flax seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, egg white, and salt until well blended.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 13 minutes, then flip the granola and spread it back into an even layer.
- Continue baking until lightly golden brown, about 12 to 17 minutes more.
- Let the granola cool completely, then break it into clumps and store in an airtight container.
