Easy Homemade Granola

The granola base

The liquid mixture

coconut oil

The dried fruit

raisins or dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pepitas, flaxseed, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, microwave the coconut oil and honey until melted, then stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the raisins, then let cool completely before storing.
