Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the wet ingredients until simmering.
- Pour the hot syrup over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- After 20 minutes, add the chopped dates, raisins, and shredded coconut, and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the granola to cool completely in the pan before storing in an airtight container.
