Healthy Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Mixed nuts and seeds
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Dried fruit (optional; chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  6. If using, stir in the dried fruit.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
