Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- If using, stir in the dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
