Homemade Granola Cereal

The binding mixture

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cashews, coconut, seeds, and spices.
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter and honey over low heat until melted, then stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 75 minutes, allowing it to become crisp as it cools.
- Once cooled, break into pieces for bars or smaller chunks for cereal, and store in an airtight container.
