Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F and place the rack in the center.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add honey and oils to the dry mixture.
- For crunchier granola, beat an egg white and fold it gently into the mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
