Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, almonds, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into clusters.
