Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, almonds, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty, then combine with maple syrup and vanilla.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
- Spread the granola mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in dried cranberries and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
