Ingredients

The granola base

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

The wet ingredients

  • ¼ cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, almonds, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty, then combine with maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Stir in dried cranberries and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
