Maple Almond Granola Clusters

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, salt, and almonds.
- In a medium saucepan, combine coconut oil, brown sugar, and maple syrup over medium heat, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan evenly.
- Bake for 40 minutes, rotating the pan every 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes, then cut into squares and break into clusters.
- Return the clusters to the oven for another 10 minutes to crisp up.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
