Salted Caramel Almond Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the toasted oats, flax seeds, and almonds.
- In a small saucepan, add the water and sugar, bringing it to a boil and then simmering until it turns amber.
- Carefully add the milk or cream to the caramel and stir until smooth, then add vanilla.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the oats and almonds, mixing to coat.
- Heat honey and oil in the saucepan until blended, then add to the oat mixture and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for about 30 minutes and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
