Grain Free Granola Clusters

semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)

pure maple syrup or raw honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients in the order listed and stir to mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the nuts are golden and the chocolate is slightly melted.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the granola cool on the pan without touching it.
- Once cooled, break the granola into large clusters.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
