Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Add the sliced almonds, coconut shreds, and chopped sunflower seeds to the mixture and mix until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture between the two baking sheets and spread it out, allowing for some clusters.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through until slightly firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
