Cranberry White Chocolate Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix the oats, almonds, pecans, and coconut in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let the granola cool to room temperature, then mix in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
