Cranberry Orange Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the orange zest and sugar, rubbing the zest into the sugar until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, pecans, salt, cinnamon, and orange sugar.
- Add the coconut oil and maple syrup to the mixture and mix well.
- Spread the granola onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 24 to 28 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden.
- Allow the granola to cool before mixing in the dried cranberries.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
