Cinnamon Raisin Gluten-free Granola

The seasoning mix

Instructions
- Soak walnuts for about 8 hours to remove enzyme inhibitors.
- In a bowl, combine soaked walnuts, shredded coconut, raisins, almond flour, applesauce, and stevia.
- In another bowl, mix chia seed meal, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine both bowls and mix well.
- Dehydrate the mixture at 130°F overnight or until dry and crunchy.
