Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut
  • cup agave (or pure maple syrup or honey)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, coconut, and cinnamon.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and mix in the agave.
  4. Pour the oil and agave mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in a sealable container.
