Chocolate Coconut Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds.
- In a small pot, combine the oil, brown sugar, honey, salt, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and water; heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a foil-lined baking sheet in a layer about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 45 minutes without stirring.
- After baking, press down the granola with a spatula and let it cool completely.
- Break into chunks and store in an airtight container.
