Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, brown rice cereal, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and coconut sugar.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and press it down to form an even layer.
- 5. Bake for 60 minutes until light brown and solid to the touch.
- 6. Allow the granola to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
