The binding mixture

melted coconut oil

maple syrup

vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, rice cereal, cocoa powder, coconut, and chopped nuts.
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 1 hour until it binds together and feels solid.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking apart.
- Store in an airtight container.
