Healthy Chocolate Granola

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, and salt.
- 3. In a saucepan, heat the coconut sugar, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- 5. Pour the saucepan mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- 6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it flat.
- 7. Bake for a total of 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 8. After baking, immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt.
- 9. Stir the granola to coat it with melted chocolate, then let it cool for one hour before breaking it apart.
- 10. Store in the pantry at room temperature for up to two weeks.
