Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, almonds, cacao powder, coconut sugar, and salt, and stir well.
- Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread it into a flat layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir to promote even cooking.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
